We coined a phrase while on our trip in Ireland “Castle hopping” as that is exactly what we did. We were continually wowed on this experience starting with the beautiful Merrion Hotel in Dublin, (not a castle but a wow in town) then traveling to Dromoland Castle in County Clare and on to Ashford Castle in Cong County Mayo for 2 nights. We were treated like Royalty and got to experience the best that’s on offer in Ireland to share with our clients. Some of the unique and special activities we tried were Falconry on a hawk walk, horseback riding, fly fishing in the Castle river, walking with the Wolfhounds, and so much more.
Whether you want 5* luxury all the way, or a mixed experience with sprinkles of luxury, we can offer a tailor made trip that will be perfect for you.

I think this was the highlight of the trip and we could see ourselves spending a week here with all the pampering, activities, unique gourmet food and endless hospitality. Even though this castle is 5* ++ luxury, it’s understated and feels like home. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to welcome you with special touches.
Activities: just to name a few: falconry, archery, art classes, private viewing cinema, archery and the list goes on.
The Spa at Ashford was awarded Ireland’s best hotel spa in 2021 and is complete with a relaxation pool, Hammam, steam room and full fitness suite.
Dining & Bars from casual, to silver service and everything in between, complete with their very own wine cellarAahmazing culinary experiences.

Dromoland Castle was the second stop on our tour and when we arrived, there was a champagne welcome for us on the steps of the castle. Dromoland has been welcoming guests since the 16th century. It was originally the ancestral home of The O’Briens of Dromoland and the history is fascinating.
Activities: nature trails, tennis, bicycles, clay pigeon shooting and much more.
Dining & bars again from casual to elegant and everything in between, local farm to table produce and locally caught seafood and grass fed farmed meat.
Spa & Wellness Award winning Spa facility using Elemis products – fabulous getaway packages available. Check out the links to see what Dromoland has to offer you…….
The Merrion was both the first and last stop on our tour and we loved this property. Growing up in Dublin, I’ve always known of The Merrion and it has been a Dublin landmark dating back to the 1760’s when it was a townhouse for the Earl of Mornington. Located right in the Georgian center of the city it is convenient to all the major attractions but just enough of a distance away to be a quieter spot away from the hustle & bustle.
Dining: once again from casual gastro-pub up to Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud-first restaurant in Dublin to receive Michelin status.
The spa at The Merrion: Offering gold standard treatments complete with fitness area
Located in the city allows access to all the Dublin attractions close by.
So what are you waiting for ? We can help you have your very own Castle hopping experience in Ireland !
